For delivery, the client is responsible for parking fees. It is essential that the client provides all details regarding the delivery and setup requirements before invoicing. Additional fees may apply for special circumstances such as delivery to a second story, far parking lot area, stairs, or other specific setup locations.

How Does Velvet Events Handle Inclement Weather Conditions For Events?

Velvet Events reserves the right to make setup decisions on the day of the event in the case of inclement weather that may damage the inventory or jeopardize the safety of guests. We strongly recommend having a rain plan in place to ensure the success of your event.

What If I Don't Return A Rental Product?

If a rental product is not returned or is returned damaged beyond easy repair, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the rental item along with an emergency repair fee

Do You Provide Delivery/pickup/decorations/setup And Teardown Services? How Does It Work? We Offer Two Service Options:

– Option 1: Delivery, setup, and teardown are available for an additional cost.
– Option 2: Pickup and drop-off services are provided with a 3-day rental period.

To reserve rentals for your event date, a deposit of $250 is required to secure the date. We accept payments via card, cash, Zelle transfer, and Venmo.
